What are the modes of payment available?
Payment can be made via Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), Apple Pay, or PayNow.
How long will my order take to process?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
During peak periods or public holidays, there may be slight delays due to high order volumes — we appreciate your kind understanding.

Can I do self-collection?
Yes, self-collection is available!
Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours — we’ll notify you via email once it’s prepared.
If you need to collect your order urgently, just drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Courier delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
During peak seasons or public holidays, you may experience slight delays due to high order volumes — we appreciate your kind understanding.
If your scheduled shipping date falls on a public holiday, delivery will resume on the next business day.
I have received a damaged / a defective / an incorrect item.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.
Please email us at enchantefragrances.sg@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase or parcel delivery, and include the following details:
1. Your Order Number, along with the name or email address used to place the order
2. Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days to assist with your case.
